Rules of the game in classic poker | Texas Hold’em Poker Rules

The main goal in Texas Hold’em poker is to collect the highest combination of cards at the table and take the entire betting pot.
A 52-card deck is used for classic poker, and combinations are made up of 5 cards.
The game involves 2 to 10 players, everyone is dealt 2 cards.
There is a concept of a small and big blind – this is a bet that is collected before the deal, it is mandatory and guarantees the presence of a pot even in cases where no player raises the bet during all moves. The small and big blinds move clockwise from player to player after each hand.
After all players have been dealt two cards, the betting rounds (streets) begin, there are 4 of them:
Preflop – each player has received 2 cards and makes their move
Flop – 3 cards are dealt on the board
Turn – the fourth card is dealt on the board
River – the fifth card is dealt on the board
Players’ moves:
Raise – raising the bet. The player has the opportunity to raise the bet, after such a move all players will have to equal the bet (raise to the same value).
Call (call) – equalizing the bet. The move to equalize the bet to the level to which one of the players at the table has raised the bet.
Bet (bet) – a bet at the level of the big blind. If no one in the game has yet placed a bet, the player has the opportunity to make a “Bet”, pay at the level of the big blind without raising the bet, and thus continue the game.
Check (check) – skipping a move. If no one has yet raised the bet, you can skip a move, thereby staying in the game.
Fold (fold) – discarding cards. On any move, a player has the opportunity to discard cards. With such a move, the player’s hand will be finished.

Combinations in classic poker:

Royal Flush – ascending cards in order of the same suit, starting with 10 (For example, 10+J+Q+K+A)
Straight Flush – ascending cards in order of the same suit (For example: 9+10+J+Q+K)
Four of a Kind – four cards of the same rank (For example: four J, four 5)
