It has become known that from November 3, 2020, the Skrill payment system is changing the VIP status system.
What exactly will change:
Skrill will remove the VIP status Bronze, which will be replaced by two new ones – Skriller and Skriller Verified (in the non-vip category)
Users of the system who had the Bronze status and did not raise it to Silver – will receive the basic non-vip user status.
Skriller – this status will be assigned to all new users of the payment system. The internal commission for Skrill to Skrill transfers will be 2.99%.
Skriller Verified is an advanced user status from the non-vip category. To obtain the Skriller Verified status, the user must: top up their balance, undergo full verification of the Skrill account and install the mobile application. After all three conditions are met, the user will be able to use transfers within the system (Skrill to Skrill) without a commission.
Let’s evaluate how Skriller Verified is more profitable than Bronze
To obtain the Skriller Verified status, you do not need to make transactions for a set amount (in Bronze it was €6,000)
No commissions for internal transfers (in Bronze – 1.45%)
A slight increase in commissions for currency conversion – 3.99% instead of 3.79%
The conditions for Silver, Gold and Diamond statuses remain unchanged.
