Neteller Status System Update
As of November 16, 2020, the Neteller VIP program is significantly changing the tier assessment – from annual to quarterly.
What exactly will change:
• VIP statuses will be assigned quarterly, and not annually as now. The requirements for them will also change.
• The Platinum VIP level is being removed.
The old Neteller VIP levels will remain in effect until November 16th, after which the new VIP levels will apply.
A reminder of the notations
Quarters are calendar periods in which Neteller account users must reach the VIP upgrade threshold.
• Quarter 1: January 1st – March 31st
• Quarter 2: April 1st – June 30th
• Quarter 3: July 1st – September 30th
• Quarter 4: October 1st – December 31st
What is the upgrade threshold?
The threshold is the required number of transactions that Neteller users make with a merchant (poker room, bookmaker, etc.) during a quarter.
The higher the quarterly amount, the higher the Neteller VIP status. Neteller Rewards give benefits to users with VIP levels.
New Neteller VIP levels and transaction requirements
Neteller is changing its VIP levels and their benefits.
Platinum level will no longer be available, Neteller users will have the option to upgrade to Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond or Exclusive.
Quarterly transaction volume
Bronze level – $6,000 +
Silver level – $15,000 +
Gold level – $45,000 +
Diamond level – $150,000 +
Exclusive level – $600,000 +
As you may have noticed, Neteller is removing the Platinum VIP tier.
Instead, it is introducing Diamond and Exclusive VIP tiers.
Transition Period for the New Neteller VIP Program
As Neteller will be transitioning to the new terms and conditions from November 16, 2020, the first user assessment of VIP upgrades and VIP statuses will be held on November 15, 2020. Neteller users must meet the terms of the new tier scheme from October 1, 2020 until November 15, 2020. Based on current achievements, Neteller will assign VIP statuses to its users.
